development acquired 100% holdings in Latinum Technologies Pty Ltd , an
Australian Future Technologies company
registered in Western Australia with
operational headquarters in Victoria.
Latinum is part of a private group of
companies that employ over 300 staff
throughout Australia that specialise in the
implementation and ongoing operational
support of large-scale technology systems
for communications companies in Australia.
In
July of 2008, T-NET Group acquired the controlling
share in PT Kejora Gemilang Internusa , an
Indonesian Information Communication Technologies company
operational headquarters in Jakarta, the
