SALES Engineer (SE) (Jakarta)

We are looking for an effective sales talent who will thrive in a highly charged environment, one who is supremely motivated with strong commercial acumen in technology and able to find new business opportunities and close business deals effectively.

TASCNET has 6 core business units they comprise of the following;

• Telecommunication & Transmission Towers

• Wholesale International Voice (Origination & Termination, TDM & IP)

• International Private Leased Circuit

• Satellite networks and Commercial Bandwidth

• Broadband over Power Lines (BPL) Power Line Circuits

• Network Operations / Billing / Management / Monitoring

To expand our activity we are looking for highly experienced professionals to fill the position of :
 

Requirements :

• preferably Male, age 25 – 30 years old. good personality

• Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrument Engineering graduate.

• Solid Background in sales and product development

• Excellent skill in product selling presentation with deep technical knowledge

• Willing to travel and be placed at Jabodetabek Area

• Sales experience especially in the Public Works, Sales Product Telecommunication (PABX/Internet/VoIP/IPLC) is an advantage

Job Description:

• Responsible for the certain area of office regarding sales achievement, stock inventory, shrinkage, and other matters related to the store operation area

• Achieve sales target, acquire new customer and maximize potentiality of the existing customers

• Day to day operation of internal sales

• Maintain relation with sales partners

• Sales support & technical support to customers.

• Find business opportunity, identified the product market in a part and made the plan get the profit that was regarded as reasonable for the company.

• A passion for achieving business goals and meeting customer expectation

• English Proficient in written and spoken (Must) and computer literate - MUST be able to write proposals and reports

• Create periodic report concerning preparations, readiness and results of the work that was achieved

• Responsible for the quality and results of the work as well as the customer's satisfaction

• Responsible until the appearance of the record and certificate payment

• Familiar with telephone system, IVR, CTI, PABX/Data Network and Any CISCO certification would be advantage.

• Familiar with IP Network Design and Topologies

• Knowledge of IP Network, Topologies, and Applications (LAN, NAT/PAT, DHCP, VPN, ADSL, VoIP, CISCO, Wi-Fi)

Technical Pre-SALES

General Requirements:
 A Degree (S1) in telecommunications or related area & experience in sales or presales technical

Experience in the following areas:

• PABX, VOIP, IP telephony, voice mail

• LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, fibre and satellite networks

 

Experience in the following would be an advantage:

• Internet Backbone & IPLC

• Billing systems

• Messaging and IVR systems including SMS & content

• Satellite systems (Both ground and space)

• Power Line Network (PLN) (BPL)
   

Other skills:

• Able to create and document specifications and designs

• Able to write proposals

• Good English
   

Specific Requirements for Technical Pre-Sales:

• At Least 1 year of working experience in telecommunication & data systems

• IPPBX, IP gateways, routers and soft-switches

• 1 - 3 years of related working experience

• Able to perform 2nd/3rd level support and follow up on leads and enquiries

• Knowledge of IPPBX, PABX & Softswitches

• Brand specific training will be provided

• Minimum Class C SIM and vehicle

• Passport would be advantageous as some travel may be required
